Two titles, on the two problems that send most people looking: low back pain and knee osteoarthritis. Both are clinically reviewed by Professor Dr. Muhammad Sohail Rafi, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. They are the only products in this shop that carry that review, and we are careful not to imply otherwise about the rest.

The Low Back Pain Relief Guide runs to 42 pages with 14 exercises, and covers sciatica and post-operative care alongside ordinary mechanical back pain. The Knee Osteoarthritis Solution pairs pain relief with a graded exercise guide. Both come as PDF and EPUB with fillable trackers, so progress is recorded rather than guessed at.

The recurring theme in both is the gap between resting and moving. The first instinct after an episode of back pain is usually to lie still, and it is usually the wrong one — but "keep moving" on its own is useless advice without knowing what to reduce, what to keep and which symptoms change the rules entirely. That is what these guides set out.

They are educational and are not a substitute for assessment. If you have not had your pain looked at, start there.
